I’ve been so preoccupied with all my Jake Gyllenhaal posts, that I’ve neglected another Hollywood (girl) crush, Christina Hendricks. The forth season of Mad Men doesn’t air for two more months, but she’s been in the press quite a bit lately.
Two weeks ago Broken Bells (James Mercer of The Shins along with Danger Mouse) announced that they have cast Christina in their upcoming music video for “The Ghost Inside.” They said she was their dream choice but assumed she’d be too busy or just not want to do it. Turns out she’s a fan of theirs and was happy to star in the video. She plays a broken android trying to find her way to a resort planet.
The video came out last week.
A few weeks ago, Christina and fellow Mad Men cast members attended the Lionsgate Pool Party.
