Hello Catherine,

I got a note from Don Livingston stating your interest in acquiring some computers from us.
Attached is the solicitud that needs to be filled out and returned to my email address: kirkl@computersforhope.org.
Our process has purchasers deposit 50% of the cost of the computers at the time of order, with the remaining 50% due before or at pickup of the computers in Chimaltenango. Deposits can be made into my BanRural account # 4-582-00192-5, name of Kirk Layne Lightfield.

We have a container that just arrived in Guatemala. It will take a few days to clear the port then about a week for us to prepare the computers. I am estimating computers will be ready the week of February 15th.
All computers come with LCD monitors which is one reason the price is more that what was listed on the website. They are all Pentium 4 computers, the difference in cost is based on the configuration as follows:
Pentium 4 1-2Ghz, 256MB of ram, 40GB hard drive with LCD is $105 or Q800
Pentium 4 greater than 2Ghz, 512MB of ram, 80GB hard drive with LCD is $125 or Q1000.
Please specify which computers you want when returning your solicitude.

All computers come with WindowsXP and Office 2007 installed in Spanish. We also provide a CD package of educational games that are used to teach computer skills to students.
The computers are guaranteed for 1 year. If you experience any problems simply return the computer to Chimaltenango where we will fix the problem or replace it with another computer of equal or greater value.
