On a Sunday in November, on an early morning, together with my dear friends Gerd and Guilherme, we embarked on a male bonding adventure to Valinhos to find Flavio de Carvalho's fazenda. Without any clear direction or map, we had the luck of finding a young man at the gas station who drove us there, if not, it would have been impossible to find it. As it was Sunday, the ex fazenda was almost empty, except for few kids playing in the empty swimming pool. The Fazenda is now used as a school for handicapped people, and shows clear signs of deterioration and the passage of time.
