Word Work

Now that everyone is reacquainted with the story of the Polar Express, what better way to encourage their love of trains than with a train-themed literacy center.  The great thing about this activity is you can use it different ways . . . review word wall words, practice weekly spelling words, or write seasonal words.  To differentiate, you can have your shining stars put the words in ABC order.  Here's the train worksheets:
