PR Day parade "Sazon" Dunks!!!
Another favorite time of year for me is June..the beginning of summer, HOT97 Summer Jam, and the National Puerto Rican Day Parade!!! This year I wanted to take it to another level with the kicks and decided not to do a flag, but something else within spanish culture that everyone could easily identify and appreciate..Sazon Dunks!!! I even used the shoebox to design the pair's own float like the ones everyone loves along the parade route! Yesterday was the pre-parade 116th St. festival in Harlem, so I took them out with me and they were an immediate hit with everyone! I was going to wear them today at the parade, but have decided to showcase them again and wear them later..if you would like to order a pair of my "Sazon" Dunks or any custom sneakers, call the FETTi Footline at 718-514-5667

The White Pack
Next for release is the Nike Dunk Hi "White Pack". The shoe is made up of crackled leather with a glossy finish and lets not forget that icy sole. These are a little blah for me with the exception of that sole. Nothing makes me happier than icy or gum sole. If you are attending a white party in the Hamptons this would be the shoe to go with. But as for me I'll pass. Thoughts?

Statue Of Liberty Dunk High
It's been a min since I did a post about a dunk! Nike decided to pay homage to the greatest city on earth by creating a "Statue of Liberty" dunk. Some people were complaining that the color on this shoe is not exactly the same color as Lady Liberty herself, but so what!? I personally like the sneaker! The best part about this shoe is that when you scuff it the color changes to a copper color. Since I'm not a scuffer, I think a copper color sole would have been ill. Either way I'm feeling these. No word on its release. Thoughts?

That's Amor
So of course now is the time for the preview of (in my sarcastic voice) everyone's favorite day Valentine's day! Now let's be real, all of the Valentine's Day sneakers that have come out by all brands pretty much sucked. All that pink and red just ugh the worst! But this year Nike took a different approach on their Valentine's Day sneaker called "Amor" by making the main colors gray and black. And also adding of a touch of old school tattoo art to it. Check it out....

This is definitely a step up from the usual Valentine's Day releases but still not my taste. These are available now at Kix Files
