Candidates who got Compartmental Result should fill in their forms by 20.6.2007 in their respective schools.The filled form must reach Guwahati on or before 22.6.2007.Contact your school immediatly if you are not filled yet.

MailaDhaju's Farewell

He served in the same school for 34years , beloved Mailadhaju-Shri.Premlall Khatiwara(Daftari-Peon), retired last month.School arranged a farewell programme for him and honoured him.

FOR CASSES XI
As the results of AISSE-2007 declared, this school invites applications for admission into Classes XI Arts/Science/Commerce/Dairy/Horticulture-streams.
Admission Criteria:
A candidate seeking admission in Science Stream must have:

1.studied within the school complex or feeder schools of this school,
2.passed class X in 2007 as a regular candidate,
3.secured 60% marks in Science & Technology and 55%marks in Mathematics,
4.filled the admission form properly with all the essential documents attached.

ü Maximum no. of seats in each stream:
Arts: 40
Science: 20
Commerce: 20
Dairy : 10
Horticulture : 10

Following documents must be brought/ attached with the form:
1.One recent passport size photograph of the candidate(to be pasted in the appl. form)
2.Class X pass mark sheet Original & Xerox copy
3.Transfer Certificate in Original from the school last studied
4.Charecter Certificate in Original from the school last studied
5.Domicile/ Residential proof/Certificate of Identification/Voter I. Card (any one)
6.Admit Card of Class X Original & Xerox
7.ClassIX Registration Card- Xerox copy

Ø FORMS WITHOUT THE ABOVESAID DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE TAKEN FOR CONSIDERATION AND IT WILL BE REJECTED.

BUYING AND SUBMITTING THE ADMISSION FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE ADMISSION.ADMISSION WILL BE MADE ONLY AFTER THE SCRUTINY AND VERIFICATION OF THE FILLED FORMS.FINAL LIST FOR ADMISSION WILL BE PASTED ON THE NOTICE BOARD.

AFTER THE DECLARATION OF FINALISED LIST OF CANDIDATES, THEY MUST COME WITH THEIR LEGAL GUARDIAN FOR ADMISSION IN THE RESPECTIVE CLASSES AND TO PAY THE PRESCRIBED FEE.
